What types of plastics can your extrusion pelletizing lines process?

We provide layout design, equipment supply, installation supervision, and staff training to ensure a seamless start-to-finish solution.
How energy-efficient are your vertical dryer mixers?
Our vertical dryer mixers feature a high-frequency heater and double-layer insulated barrel. The energy consumption is remarkably low — the drying cost is approximately 25-30 RMB per ton (based on moisture content below 1%, PP granule test). This represents up to 30% savings compared to conventional dryers.
What is the typical lead time for a complete pelletizing line?
Lead time depends on the system complexity and capacity. For standard single machines, delivery is 15-30 days. A full turnkey plant typically takes 60-90 days from order confirmation to commissioning. We always provide a detailed schedule during project negotiation.
Do you offer after-sales support and spare parts?
Yes, we provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and remote video assistance. We stock common spare parts (screws, barrels, blades, bearings, heaters, etc.) and can ship urgently. On-site service can be arranged upon request. We also offer maintenance contracts for long-term reliability.
What materials are used for wear parts like screws and barrels?
Our screws and barrels are made from high-quality nitriding steel (38CrMoALA) or high-performance alloy (V6MoScr4V2) with special heat treatment for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. For highly abrasive or corrosive applications, we offer bimetallic barrels and coated screws.
Can you customize equipment for unique production requirements?
Definitely. Our engineering team works closely with customers to customize machine specifications, L/D ratio, feeding systems, venting, screen changers, and pelletizing methods (strand, water ring, or underwater). We also adapt automation levels to suit your budget and operational needs.
What is the warranty period for your machines?
All Novo machinery comes with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning, covering manufacturing defects and material failures. Extended warranty options are available. Our warranty includes free technical support and replacement parts (excluding consumables).
Do you provide operator training?
Yes, we include comprehensive on-site training for your operators and maintenance staff. Training covers machine operation, safety procedures, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and software control. We also provide detailed manuals and video tutorials.
How accurate are your automatic weighing and packaging systems?
Our packers use METTLER TOLEDO high-precision load cells and controllers, achieving an accuracy of ±0.2% F.S. With speeds up to 320 bags/hour (depending on bag size and material flow), they ensure consistent and reliable packaging for pellets, granules, and recycled materials.
